INTERNAL INFORMATION CHANNEL
In compliance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report on regulatory violations and the fight against corruption (the ‘Law’), VENDING EL CAFETÓ, S.L. has implemented an internal information system.
This system complies with the purpose of the above-mentioned Law by allowing natural persons to report on any of the actions or omissions referred to in its article 2, essentially violations of EU Law and serious or very serious criminal or administrative violations and likewise, as a result of the unification in the same information channel, that information related to harassment and the equality plan in the company.
