Continuing with the planned expansion plan and consolidating itself as one of the most solid and leading companies in the sector in Catalonia, CAFETO has closed the absorption of the vending business line of the company Vending Pons, deeply rooted in the central area of Catalonia and referring to the region of Anoia.
The purchase operation of Vending Pons represents for CAFETO an important impulse and consolidates the growth of the company experienced in the last years, at the same time that supposes to be able to expand and strengthen his presence in the geographical area of the Central Catalonia.
Vending CAFETO, a family business founded in 1994 by Toni Romero Bruguera, currently has more than 50 employees, 2,000 vending machines installed throughout Catalonia (also present in Madrid and Valencia) and an annual turnover of approximately € 6,000,000, which means that it is confirmed as one of the leading companies in terms of vending turnover in Catalonia.
